What we do with your address
| Fact | What it means |
|---|---|
| Purpose | To tell you when Oomoyo opens and send you the founders' deal. |
| Data | Your email address, the time you confirmed it and whether you are subscribed. No name, no IP address, and no tracking of whether you open or click our emails. |
| Basis | Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you click the confirmation link in the email we send you. |
| How long | Until you unsubscribe, or 6 months after launch. An address that is never confirmed is deleted after 7 days. |
| Who sends our emails | Scaleway Transactional Email, in Paris, France, as processor for Oomoyo. |
| Where the list is | On a server run by Oomoyo, in the EU. |
| Visit counts | We count visits with Plausible, run by Oomoyo, with its script and its events on this site's own address. It sets no cookies. Your IP address is used only to work out a country and, when available, a region and a city, and to make a visitor id that changes every day. It is not kept. |
| Discord | A link to a separate service that is its own controller. It learns what your browser tells it only if you follow the link. |
| Your rights | Access, correction, erasure, objection and withdrawal at any time, through the unsubscribe page in every email or by contacting the holder of the list. You can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority. |
| Law | Dutch law and the GDPR apply. |
| Transfers | None by Oomoyo. |
